I really enjoy being home with them. This site is dedicated to my vision of owning my own business and raising my sons at the same time!
In Nov 2006, my friend Julie was having a baby shower. I decided to make her a diaper cake. As her mom held it up to show all the guests, I tried to slide under the table! It was a huge hit!
Fast forward to May 2007, my friend was having a baby shower for her cousin. I decided that I would make a diaper cake for her too! This one was a little easier to make than the first one...lol. She loved it so much that in her Thank You note she said "Quit your day job girl, you have talent!".
My eyes filled up with tears as I realized that this is what I have always wanted to do! I love making things for my loved ones but never thought it could become my own business! If I could be everywhere to see the faces of the mommies-to-be when they open their diaper cakes that would make me so happy!
